• Theophylline, used to treat asthma

• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin

• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole

• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone

• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide

• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat

• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

What is Tadalafil?

How can I take Tadalafil?

Take Tadalafil as advised by your GP. Swallow it as a whole - do not chew,low inUN, translate or chew. Side Effects

Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing, faintness, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat have been reported. Cautionary must be taken when taking Cialis. Caution should be taken if you are taking tadalafil, or any other PDE5i medication.

Warning

The use of Tadalafil may increase the risk of sudden vision loss in your first vision. This is a drug that can cause sudden vision loss.

Do not take Cialis if you have an erection that lasted 4 hours, or more before sexual contact. Otherwise, this will disappear within that 4 hours. If you have had an erection for more than 4 hours, do not take this medication.

Precautions

Before taking Tadalafil inform your doctor if you have a history of heart attack, stroke, irregular heart beat or if you have had heart surgery within the past 3 months. Also inform your doctor if you are on nitrates or have a low blood pressure. PDE5Is or Tadalafil may cause a drop in blood pressure. Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are on nitrates.

If you are 65 years of age or older, you may be allergic to some ingredients of the product. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of the medication without your doctor’s approval.

The most common side effects of Tadalafil include back pain, headaches, nasal congestion, indigestion, dry mouth, flushing, dizziness, blurred vision, muscle pain or tenderness, and abdominal pain. More serious side effects, such as chest pain or pressure, severe dizziness, or nausea, can be easily managed with medications such as nitrates or diuretics. Do not take Cialis if you are taking riociguat.

For palpated infertility, Cialis tablets should be taken orally with a large glass of water. Do not take this medication while breast-feeding. Donot take it after the expiry date stated on the package. If you are likely to become pregnant while taking riociguat, consult your doctor immediately.

For pregnancy avoid taking Cialis upon delivery and consult your doctor to ensure it is safe for you to take. Cialis can impact a woman's fertility and get pregnant while taking this medication. Pregnancy is not recommended during Cialis use while breastfeeding.

Fortametert may cause a drop in blood pressure. Avoid taking Cialis while taking tadalafil as it can cause a severe drop in blood pressure which can be fatal. Do not take Cialis while taking tadalafil if you are taking nitrates. Before using this medication, inform your doctor if you have a heart condition or if you have a history of heart disease, stroke, irregular heartbeat or if you have a male infertility problem. Cialis is safe to use while breastfeeding, but it can harm a male infant.

Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, swelling, trouble breathing, and faintness, dizziness, or feeling faint can be managed with medications such as nitrates or dapoxetine. Caution is advised if you are taking these medications while taking tadalafil.

Before you begin taking Tadalafil generic, its important to carefully read the Patient Information Leaflet. Make sure to review it each time you get a refill.

Take Tadalafil dosage orally, either with or without food, as directed by your healthcare provider. Tadalafil dosage should not exceed more than once a day. Swallow the tablet whole. Do not split it or crush unless advised.

Your daily dosage will depend on your medical condition, how you respond to medications, and any other medications you currently take. Before you take ED treatment pills, ensure that you inform your healthcare service provider of any prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, and any other supplements you take.
